Stock levels are updated regularly so If a product is in stock, it is available for order and  delivered. if  there may be an inventory error, out of stock, we try to restock at shortest time possible.in such a case our we will contact you immediately. some of our goods are shipped from abroad warehouse with the fastest shipping method.

Shipping

Transit times depend on where we are shipping to, which of our locations has stock for your order, and what shipping method is best suited to the products you buy. We pick the best method for your order, we always ship from the closest available location, and we email you with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the progress of your delivery. However the expected delivery time is displayed on all product in our store.

We send orders from our stores and offsite warehouse every weekday. This means you should have your order in the quickest time possible in every major cities in Nigeria. However we have pickup locations for some remote areas.

Yes. we ship easily to most countries from our China Warehouse.

We use several courier and logistics companies for our deliveries. These companies normally deliver on weekdays during business hours. There are sometimes extended delivery hours (including weekends) 

If we are sending your order by courier service then yes, a residential or business address is fine. Also if your order is being sent by one of our cargo companies like GIG Logistics, a home or business address is fine. We  also send deliveries to your nearest terminal/depot for you to collect.

If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the shipping costs before resending.
